Returns

Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain their purity I can not accept returns. All sales are final. If  you determine something is wrong with a product you have received please send an email within 5 business days and your issue will be solved amicably and quickly.

Maintaining your privacy and confidentiality is very important to Southern Pleasures. I will never disclose your name, address, telephone number or email address to anyone. This information is used only to process your order.

 

Payment

I accept MasterCard and Visa through a secured checkout area. Paypal is also offered.You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this type of payment.  

 

Shipping

I use USPS for shipping your items. Shipping is configured at the time of checkout and is calculated according to your zip code and weight of the products. All orders of in stock items are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are not processed or shipped on major holidays. At this time I only accept orders generated from the United States and Canada.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is added to all orders in North Carolina.
